Register Now - Early Registration Rate for all Workshops end August 1st, 2015 (unless otherwise indicated) 

 

To register, please download and fill in the form and email the form to us at conference@canask.org

with your name and Workshop Registration in the email subject line.

  

A Paypal invoice will be emailed to you after we receive your registration form. To complete registration, please pay the associated fees promptly to avoid incurring further costs for missing stated deadlines.

 

You will be considered fully registered for the requested workshop after we have received your payment.
